Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping:

All shipments for customers in Japan will be shipped within 7 working days. We will be using services like Yamato or Sagawa for shipping. All shipping above ￥5,000 will be free. All shipping below ￥5,000 will be charged ￥1,000 extra.

International Shipping:

All shipments for customers outside of Japan will be shipped within 7 working days. The shipment can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be received depending on the country and their import and export policies. All shipping over US$100 will be free but below that will be charged as per the distance and country.

Notice:

Any duties, taxes or charges charged by the customer's country will be the responsibility of the customer themselves.
