Because Jewels & Japan offers fine jewelry, handbags, and watches at the most competitive prices in the world, all sales are final. Each item is carefully inspected, appraised, and described by our in-house experts before listing to ensure accuracy and quality.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind, personal preference, or gift decisions

Size, fit, or comfort. 

Color variations due to lighting or display screens

Customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs

Items that match their description or photos

Damage occurring after delivery

Certified & Appraised Items
All certified items include the original certificate as described and are not subject to recertification.
Uncertified items are evaluated and graded by our in-house appraisers with over 20 years of experience to guarantee authenticity and accurate representation.
Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
In the rare event that you receive an item substantially different from what was described or shown, please contact us at returns@jewelsandjapan.com within 3 days of delivery.
After review and verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return-related costs. A full refund or replacement will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable, even in the event of an approved return.
